Comedy Central is Producing A Talk Show Series with Alec Baldwin AKA Trump As The Host

Because why WOULDN'T we have a comedy show about President Trump?

Unless you've been living under a rock (and honestly, I wouldn't blame you), you're well aware that President Donald Trump has become a non-stop source of comedy, from Tweets to late night TV show host monologues to Alec Baldwin's now iconic impression on "Saturday Night Live." Now, The Atlantic is reporting that Comedy Central has gone the full monty and produced a whole late night talk show-styled series that will be hosted by Trump. Not the real Trump, of course (although that will probably happen at some point). Impersonator Anthony Atamanuik will serve as the anchor.

It’ll be interesting to see how this thing plays out. The president himself will probably have something to say about it. Will the ratings be h(y)uge? I’m sure a decent amount of people will tune in. As for me, I don’t think I need anymore Trump in my life, joke or not.

The President Show is set to air on Thursdays at 11:30 P.M. EST, starting April 27th.
